Edtech platform BrightCHAMPS has acquired Indian K-12 education marketplace Edjust in a cash and stock deal, marking its fourth acquisition since launching in 2020.
The previous acquisitions include Education10x in 2021, Schola in 2022, and Metamorphosis Edu in 2023. This strategic move is aimed at strengthening BrightCHAMPS’ global expansion efforts.
